Introducing a new operating system26.11.2020 3:11:01 PM
In order to further digitalize the processes, Makedonski Telekom is introducing a new operating system, which will cause certain changes in the operational activities.

In that regard, MKT would like to inform you on the following:

1. Last PO delivery of office materials, toners, consumables for cars, New Year representation and other goods/materials for internal consumption:
a) To the central warehouse - 23.12.2020 година
b) On site – directly to the Requestor – 25.12.2020 година
c) Starting from 11.01.2021, office materials, toners, consumables for cars, NY representation and other goods/materials for internal consumption will not be delivered by the vendor to the central warehouse, but directly to the Requestor (on site).

2. Last PO delivery to the central warehouse in 2020 for all other goods/materials – 30.12.2020

3. First distribution to the central warehouse and receipt in the new system – 11.01.2021 година
In the period 01.01-12.01.2021, during the implementation of the new operational system in MKT, some delay in payment obligations may occurs.
In this regard, we would like to thank our vendors and partners in advance for their understanding and cooperation.

DEDICATED E-MAIL OF MAKEDONSKI TELEKOM FOR SUBMISSION OF INVOICES

Based on the modifications to the Law on the VAT, published in Official Gazette No. 267/2020 dated 10.11.2020, and the introduction of Article 53-c that pertains to the issuance and submission of electronic invoices as a preventive measure for protection against COVID-19, which will result in the avoidance of paper delivery of invoices and encouraging the electronic operations without direct contact, we would like to inform our vendors, partners and associates that Makedonski Telekom will fully apply the provisions of this Law and for that purpose it reactivates the dedicated e-mail address at which their invoices should be submitted.

Having in mind this measure of the Government, from now until the moment of validity of the decree - 31.12.2021, the invoices and the respective documents in accordance with the contracts, which are intended for Makedonski Telekom, shall be sent to the email fakturi@telekom.mk.

By the submission of the invoices to the above-defined e-mail address, we shall enable their proper administration and full compliance with the provisions for archive work, as an important link in the process of mutual cooperation with our partners.

RESTART OF THE SUBMISSION OF INVOICES THROUGH THE ARCHIVE OF MAKEDONSKI TELEKOM

In accordance with the Decree with force of law for the application of the Law on Value Added Tax during a state of emergency, on 20 September, the validity of its application for electronic invoices and their electronic delivery ends, which was adopted as one of the measures for prevention of corona virus. Makedonski Telekom fully implemented the Government regulation and for that purpose created a dedicated e-mail address where it received the invoices sent by its vendors, partners and associates.

In this regard, we would like to inform you that after 20 September 2020, Makedonski Telekom will close the e-mail address fakturi@telekom.mk and receive the invoices again through the Archive of the company.

With the adoption of the Government decree on the use of electronic invoices as a prevention measure which will result in the avoidance of delivery of invoices in a situation of reduced resources and the encouragement of e-business without a direct contact, we would like to inform our vendors, partners and associates that Makedonski Telekom will entirely abide by the provisions of this Decree, and for that purpose it has created a dedicated e-mail address to which they should send their invoices.

Taking into consideration these specific measures of the Government, as of the moment of validity of the decree and as long as the state of emergency is in force in the country, the invoices and the relevant documents in accordance with the contracts, intended for Makedonski Telekom, should be sent to the e-mail: fakturi@telekom.mk.
